Project Coordinator
Job Title: Project Admin/CoordinatorJob Description We are currently seeking an Engineering Design Assistant to join our Joint Use Team in the Orlando (Maitland) office. This individual will support project managers and teams in the successful execution of engineering and construction projects. This role involves administrative tasks, coordination, and communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities + Assist project managers with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, editing and developing spreadsheets, and creating invoices. + Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes. + Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. + Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to facilitate project progress. + Read, review, and understand plots on work orders. + Maintain project files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date. + Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations. + Perform data entry and analysis as required. + Support the project team with various administrative tasks. Essential Skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong computer and document management skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). + Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to multi-task. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus, not required. + Ability to read utility plans and records is a plus. + Experience creating permitting packages or with the permitting process is a plus. Work Environment Work is performed in the Orlando office and in the field. The Maitland (Orlando) office consists of about 50 people, including Engineers, Designers, Drafters, Field Techs, Support Staff, and Project Managers. The office environment is great with positive leaders and an engaged team. The office space is new, featuring amenities such as a foosball table, shuffle board, and large high private cubicles. There is an opportunity to work with a well-established company with 1,700 employees across 59 offices. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
