Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking a qualified Project Moves Coordinator in Richmond, CA for a Oil & Gas client. Plan and schedule all intra and interoffice move related activities, including event coordination with clients, internal support functions and external service providers.
What You'll Do Serves as a point of contact for site moves and events management of reservations, bookings, equipment, catering, and other such services. Performs some administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports. Managing service orders, and purchasing supplies and equipment.Coordinates logistics, setup/knockdown, and on-site problem resolution. May assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements. Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures and hosts regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
