Project Coordinator

Provide exceptional project orchestration and administrative support to Gallup associates and clients.

As a project coordinator at Gallup, you will help organise in-person courses, support Gallup project managers, and fulfill administrative and office management needs with precision and enthusiasm.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating Gallup courses: To ensure courses runs smoothly, you will create and manage timelines, coordinate course materials, support course facilitators, organise catering logistics and technology needs, help set up and tear down event rooms, be a welcoming host, and offer a helping hand to provide the world-class experience that our clients expect and deserve. Administrative support: Your support will be integral to the operations team, including filing and maintaining records and billings of accounts; scheduling meetings; and managing correspondence, such as scheduling calls with Gallup course participants and coaches via email and phone. You will also help maintain the regional excellence log, submit quality issues in a timely manner, update presentations and documents, and handle other administrative requests as needed.  Office management: You will welcome visitors, organise couriers, answer the phone and assist with additional tasks when required.

What you need:

Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative coordinator, project manager or event coordinator role required Undergraduate degree strongly preferred Expertise and proven proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required Availability to work four days a week in Gallup’s Sydney office required Eligibility to work in Australia required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
