Project Coordinator
Job Title: Project CoordinatorResponsibilitiesComplete eligibility and application requirements for parents and child care providers eligible for child care subsidies.Process applications and other paperwork in a respectful, confidential, and expedient manner.Create accurate program files.Ensure fiscal integrity by resolving any unresolved questions involving parents or providers.Assist assigned families as their point of contact.Ensure appropriate documentation and applications are in place for your families.Job Requirements2 years of experience in Social Services, Human Services, Child Development, Case Management, Call Center, or related area.High School Diploma required.Detail-oriented with experience in helping others, care management, data entry, social services, or case management.Proven experience providing excellent customer service to diverse populations.Proven multi-tasking capability, sense of urgency, organizational skills, and case management skills.Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products and Internet-savvy.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a social services, human services, or child development setting.Experience with case management and multi-tasking.Experience with call center environment a plus.Fluency in Spanish is a plus.Conflict resolution experience is a plus.Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position with working hours from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm after training. Training hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. You must live within a commutable distance and be open to going onsite if needed and for equipment pick-up. The role offers the opportunity to directly impact people's lives in a positive way, with strong support from a team of individuals to assist in day-to-day operations. The stability associated with this contract is high, with low attrition rates.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00
