Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator for our T&D group in the electrical construction industry. This full-time position is based in our Phoenix office and involves supporting various construction management functions. The role requires interfacing with project professionals and providing general project support.
ResponsibilitiesReconcile timesheets to work orders and work orders to work order logsPrepare billing statementsUpdate progress reporting with construction leadershipInvestigate purchase order summary reportsEnter purchase orders into the systemAssist project professionals in various administrative tasksGenerate job numbers and set up job informationCreate submittals and final close-out packagesPerform other duties as assignedEnsure essential functions are performed in a designated office or field locationUnderstand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standardsMaintain regular and predictable attendanceEssential Skills1-3 years of experience as a Project CoordinatorAdministrative support experience in the construction industryProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Sharepoint, Excel)Experience in electrical construction and cost managementStrong written and oral communication skillsDetail-orientedAbility to think practically and solve office problemsEffective interfacing with project personnelAdditional Skills & Qualifications2 or 4 year degree preferredProficiency in Quickbase is preferredWork Environment
This is a full-time position located in our office near the airport. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with the start and end times to be determined.
