**Project Coordinator (Manufacturing)** Port of Catoosa, OK Seeking Project Coordinator to track line-item activity across the value stream with leaders in manufacturing, suppliers, and partners. The ideal candidate will address problems with solution-based thinking, maintain and update records of correspondences, and assist Project Managers with project start-up and close-outs. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle various types of communication related to manufacturing projects. **Responsibilities** + Track line-item activity across the value stream with leaders in manufacturing, suppliers, and partners. + Address problems with solution-based thinking. + Maintain and update records of correspondences, submittals, change orders, RFIs, purchase orders, subcontracts, etc. + Review and distribute communications for Project Managers and manufacturing projects. + Organize and maintain an efficient filing system (including electronic). + Handle all types of communication related to manufacturing projects. + Assist Project Managers with project start-up and close-outs. + Organize archived items and coordinate project turnover, progression, and closeout meetings. + Take meeting minutes when needed. **Shift: Days** **Pay: $66,000 +** **Direct Placement!
