The Idaho Department of Labor has an opening for a Project Coordinator in the Research and Communications bureau reporting directly to the bureau chief. This position will coordinate policy updates, maintain agreements and contracts with stakeholders and oversee the agency SharePoint site. To learn more about the Department of Labor, please visit our website at:www.labor.idaho.gov Example of Duties: + Coordinate updates to the agency's annual strategic plan and performance report. + Maintain list of agency agreements and contracts. + Track research and communications MOUs (memorandum of understanding). + Coordinate and maintain agency administrative orders, policies and procedures. + Oversee agency records retention schedule. + Oversee agency SharePoint site and coordinate developers' work priorities. + Create guidelines and documentation for SharePoint projects and agencywide procedures including records archiving. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: You must possess all the minimum qualifications below to pass the exam for this position. Experience: + Planning and implementing projects. M inimum requirement met by at least one year of experience planning and implementing projects. + Developing, promoting and gaining project support. Minimum requirement met by at least one year of experience. + Interpreting and explaining specialized or complex material into information usable by the public. Minimum requirement met by at least one year of experience. Supplemental Information Ideal candidates will also have the following preferred or desirable qualifications: + Experience with SharePoint Online. + Experience preparing reports, business letters and documents. + Be detail-oriented, organized, willing and able to change direction and collaborate. + A proven ability to multitask on a variety of deadline driven projects simultaneously. + The ability to effectively communicate using verbal and written communication methods + Good time management and organizational skills. + The ability to meet deadlines and complete projects within established timeframes. + Experience with strategic planning and performance management.
