Project Coordinator
Job Description Support for engineering tasks with a focus on documentation and GMP processes. o Maintain meticulous records in alignment with GMP requirements. o Logbook entries, meeting minutes, and action item tracking. o Review and ensure annual compliance of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs).  Expected to work independently after a training phase on technical systems and processes.  Ensure compliance and proactive oversight, including reviewing contractor work and verifying task completion.  Responsibilities include: o Logbook entries, tracking meetings/action items. o Reviewing and maintaining ECPs (Engineering Change Processes). o Handling vendor processes (e.g., forms, access, GMP compliance). o Purchasing and inventory tracking.
