Kimley-Horn is looking for Engineering graduates with an interest in managing large-scale national programs to join our Alpharetta, GA office in 2025! This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities Program Management for a Fortune 50 national client.Coordinate with internal partners, external consultants, and clients regarding project expectations, schedule, permitting process.Create site plans based on client and city requirements.Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines and offices to develop, permit, and construct new stores nationwide as part of the clients’ vision.Develop familiarity with the federal, state, and local regulations across the U.S., as well as Kimley-Horn’s and our client’s best practices, procedures, and standards.Contribute to the pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects ranging in size and scope.Analysts will learn software programs specific to their disciplines: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, MS Project, and/or GIS. Qualifications An ABET accredited engineering or other professional degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2025 in one of the following majors:Civil and/or Environmental EngineeringMechanical, Electrical, Biological, Biosystems, Chemical, or Agricultural EngineeringEngineering TechnologyConstruction ManagementLandscape ArchitectureCity Planning Why Kimley-Horn?
