Qualifications 

 Minimum 

 • University degree or relevant work experience; working towards CAPM or PMP would be an asset.
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment.
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizationalskills.

Experience
A minimum of two years previous experience in a coordinatorrole, Other Skills and Abilities
Exceptional customer relations and teamwork skills; proficiency in Windows applications, database management, e-mail and the internet; administrative or executive level writing skills; demonstrated ability to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks and work independently and asa team member, strong commitment to continual lea ming; fluency in written and spoken English (bilingualism in French is an asset). Candidates must have a proven ability to complete administrative tasks, deal with customers.
