Project Coordinator

How will you make an impact in this role?

Ensure key projects are implemented and completed on time, within scope, ensuring alignment with business goals, with a close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects and strategies. Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Manage projects using Project Management Office (PMO) or agile standards. Partner with key stakeholders, maintain effective working relationships, and provide timely updates on project progress. Effectively communicate project progress, risk, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing. Anticipate business needs and formulate solutions. Facilitate projects kick-off, stakeholders’ analysis, lessons learned, and the integration of work of multiple teams to deliver project success. Utilize project management tools and methodologies. Contribute to the enhancement and evolution of the PMO standards and processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices specific to the financial sector.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or similar. 5+ years of relevant project management experience. English at advanced level. Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges. Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to manage and respond to change in a proactive and productive manner. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Projects) and software (e.g., MS Office Suite). Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
