Title: Project Coordinator

Grade: 10

Location: Belgrade, SRB

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Coordinator to guide and support agile teams in delivering high-quality services. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is critical to ensuring the successful implementation of agile principles and maximizing team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitation and Coaching

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach team members on Agile practices, principles, and values to ensure consistent application.

Act as a servant-leader, empowering the team to self-organize and deliver high-quality results.

2. Team Support and Collaboration

Foster collaboration and open communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Shield the team from distractions and external interruptions to maintain focus.

Assist Product Owners in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.

3. Impediment Removal

Identify, track, and remove impediments that block the team’s progress.

Escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the team to appropriate stakeholders.

4. Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement by tracking team performance metrics and identifying areas for enhancement.

Facilitate retrospectives to gather feedback and implement actionable improvements.

Encourage innovation and the adoption of best practices to enhance delivery outcomes.

5. Agile Governance and Reporting

Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and maintains transparency in progress and challenges.

Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Promote alignment with organizational goals and agile standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

Skills:

Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
