Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for checking and enriching Work Orders to be scheduled in bridge Field Services (bFS) or other systems. You will ensure that these orders include urgency/requested dates, customer information, correct installed base, scope of work, and time to execute. You will also prepare and prioritize interventions based on various criteria, assign work orders for the next three months, communicate proactively with customers, monitor execution, and participate in regular meetings to optimize scheduling.

ResponsibilitiesCheck and enrich Work Orders to be scheduled in bridge Field Services (bFS) or other systems.Ensure Work Orders include urgency/requested dates, customer information, correct installed base, scope of work, and time to execute.Prepare and prioritize interventions based on customer type, contracts with SLAs, customer availability, spare part and FSR or subcontractors’ availability.Assign work orders for the next three months, balancing customer requirements, material delivery, and skilled FSR availability.Maximize FSR utilization rate by minimizing travel, idle, and overtime, and combining multiple interventions when possible.Communicate proactively with customers, confirming intervention details and reminding FSR of constraints.Monitor the smooth execution of interventions, rescheduling or cancelling if required.Support FSR remotely on visit/calendar management and maintain Work Orders data quality.Complete work orders for non-connected external technicians.Participate in regular meetings with the Field Services Execution team and build improvement plans based on dashboards.Essential SkillsProject coordinationWork orders managementKPI managementScheduling and coordinationProject planning and schedulingExpertise in MS Office ApplicationsCustomer requirements managementMaterial selectionSchedule planningAdditional Skills & QualificationsAssociate degree and/or equivalent experience (1-2 years experience)SAP knowledge (asset)Knowledge of Field Service Business (preferred)Canadian experience (asset)Work Environment

You will be working out of the DDO location with a hybrid schedule (2 days on-site). You will be directly reporting to the manager of the Order & Planning team based out of Calgary. This position is to support the workload due to a team member on leave in Montreal.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00
