What to expect in the role of project coordinator:
As a project Coordinator you are responsible for handling all documentation within a (nuclear) project of one of our major accounts. You will ensure that all required documents are uploaded into the client portal in a timely and accurate manner. In this you will work together with colleagues from other departments that contribute to this project, such as inside sales, quality control and production.
Your main tasks will be:
+ Supervise the project required procedures
+ Monitoring progress of project documentations.
+ Managed administrative tasks, such as project documents, test reports, certificates etc.
+ Draft and manage project documents
+ Cross-team collaboration to support project team members to complete project tasks.
+ Participate in clients project meetings to discuss planning, progress, needs, risks etc.
+ Consult with Quality, Supply, Production and Planning to monitor project progress
This is what we ask of you:
+ MBO+ / HBO work and thinking level;
+ Some technical insight;
+ Ability to work independently and in a team;
+ Good communication skills in English, in word and writing. Dutch language is a plus;
+ Problemsolving skills, ability to work accurately and precisely.
