About Your Role:

As the Project Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in assisting Project Managers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet UGL’'s quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain monthly project reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.Participate in risk assessments for commercial, financial, legislative, and resource risk associated with the project gates and internal project management teams.Coordinate the collation of information required to prepare the submission of deliverables and reports.Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure the project management required compliance documentation and management plans are accurate and viable.Administration of project information and Project Management Plan (PMP) documentation onto relevant database/information management systems/project software.Record, register, and maintain all documentation and information required for the efficient monitoring of the PMP including details of all technical specifications/drawings/documents, sub-contractors, and suppliers


About You:

Extensive experience in a Project Coordinator, Planning, or Administration related role, ideally within an Engineering, Project Management or Manufacturing environment.Experience in a previous role in the rail manufacturing or maintenance operations industry is desirable.Experience in using or educated in the application of Project Management methodologies and tools is desirable.Strong communication skills (oral written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, email.Experience gained in the rail, automotive, military, Defence, avionics, or any other safety-critical environment.


Qualifications and Education Requirements:

A degree or diploma in a Business, Legal, Engineering, or Finance discipline.
