Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage the day-to-day operations of the Local Tobacco Policy Community Deliberation Forum.
+ Schedule and coordinate project-related meetings and activities; help compile and prepare reports.
+ Assist in developing educational materials and protocols.
+ Communicate regularly with community participants, providing updates, answering questions, and gathering feedback throughout the process.
+ Coordinate with the local public health agencies and evaluation experts to assess the effectiveness of the pilot.
+ Assist in coordinating and supporting community deliberation sessions.
+ Support the Rural Workgroup.
+ Assist the Policy Technical Assistance team as needed.

**Qualifications:**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, or related field from an accredited institution.
+ One (1) year of professional level experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Graduate-level education.
+ Demonstrated experience in project planning and coordination.
+ Knowledge of Colorado local policy environment.
+ Experience working with rural communities.
+ Experience with community engagement initiatives.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Must be available at the CU Anschutz campus in person on Tuesdays.
+ Required travel to the pilot community in rural Colorado on at least 2 occasions (one in the Fall and one in the Spring).
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and community members.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to set and adapt priorities in order to complete assignments within stated deadlines.
+ Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Join the Colorado School of Public Health as a . This is a part-time (0.5 FTE), term-limited position to end on June 30, 2026. The Project Coordinator is a key member of the school's Center for Public Health Practice (CPHP) and will oversee the day-to-day management of the Pilot Local Tobacco Policy Community Deliberation Forum. This role includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing communication with community participants and local public health agencies (LPHAs), managing logistics, and scheduling meetings and venues. This position will also support the policy technical assistance team with the Rural Workgroup. This part-time (0.5 FTE) position reports to the Program Director for the Policy + System Change Network.
-This position is located on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, CO, where in-person work is required on Tuesdays. This position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule with at least two days of the week that can be worked from home.
