Position Purpose:The Project Coordinator will be assigned tasks to manage within multiple projects across a mega process pillar in the International Business Transformation Programme.
The Project Coordinator must be willing to learn and develop; communication skills, both written and verbal as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
The Project Coordinator will work within the standard PMO framework and will be responsible for managing some aspects of the project such as designating project resources, preparing budgets, and set-ting baselines, monitoring progress whilst providing regular status updates to project stakeholders.
All whilst following the framework of the standard and working towards the Level 6 apprenticeship in Project Management (Integrated Degree - 48 months duration).
Key Job Activities:Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
Ensure project meeting minutes are recorded and distributed accordingly
Supporting project administration by ensuring timely approvals or relevant governance deliverables, issuing minutes and actions promptly.
Assisting the Project or Programme Manager with the management of medium to large initiatives.
Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.
Feeding into the project plans by supporting the creation of project documentation.
Communicates routinely to management, customers, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback.
Monitors project budgets and staffing requirements.
Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring.
Assists in the planning of status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers.
Work with project stakeholders and project team members to effectively resolve technical and operational issues as required.
Review project deliverables, and pull in subject matter experts to address issues, as needed.
Education:High school leaver or equivalent.
3 x A Level grades A to C or vocational equivalent.
GCSE Maths and English grades A to C.
Experience (EMEAA):Great communication skills both verbal and written
IT literacy
Experience in creating presentations
The ability to work well as part of a team, as well as act independently as and when required
A passion for problem solving

Great attention to detail
Ability to effectively interface with technical (IT) groups as well as business teams, both in person and remotely.
