Project Coordinator
Top Skills: Day to Day: installing new IT equipment in all new locations, managing inventory and tracking, coordination/project management activities, updating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports. Inventory status updates. Onsite walk throughs. Ensure everything (necessary equipment) is there and ready to be distributed out and then will do follow up with sites where it has been delivered. Manage procurement processes, inventory and helping with some inventory and asset management tracking, getting things ready to go to the sites and having equipment shipped to the three hospitals then dispersing it from there as it will be sorted at depot. Top must haves: Excel, Microsoft products, some Infor knowledge, IT knowledge and understanding. Years experience: healthcare experience not a must, nice to have. Looking for about 3-5 years of experience Description This will involve installing lots of new equipment and hardware in their locations, inventory tracking, and asset management. This person will be the eyes, ears and feet of this project. Manages some or all aspects of assigned project(s) and/or project tasks and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Responsible for project management activities and support of onsite functions including procurement and inventory and asset management, hardware deployment preparations, hardware installation coordination and liaison between IT and operations as required. Drives task management and follow-up to ensure projects are current and accurately reflects the project state as well as deadlines are met. Responsible for collaborating with project leads/team members to ensure they are updated of any potential issues and risk and provided with that information in a timely manner. Obtains, consolidates, and maintains project materials, reports. Coordinates meetings to keep projects assigned on schedule. Coordinates tasks assigned to meet project needs. Management of material and coordinating all information and request for deliverables to team leadership by deadlines. Should be proactive, possess a can-do attitude and can perform in a fast-paced, multi-task environment. Position will require the ability to work under pressure and react calmly and effectively to challenges. Highly organized, detail oriented and can work independently and interdependently. Team player, who is self-directed, computer literate, neat in appearance and always exhibits professional conduct and discretion. Coordinates all material for meeting, attends meeting and documents minutes from meeting. Coordinates proper approval of information. Ensures follow-up is completed and communication occurs on next steps. Maintains budget tools to assist leaders in tracking and managing budget. Process documents, prepares reports, trouble shoot issues, reconcile, and collaborates with leaders and finance on assigned Skills Project coordination, Asset management, Deployment, Project management Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
