The role Working in a team environment, the Project Manager Trainee within SoftwareOne will be responsible for supporting customer engagements by assisting the Project Manager or Consultants in all aspects of project delivery like project and resources planning, coordination of people, schedules, and progress monitoring as well as customer communications. The Trainee is a strong communicator who can participate in conversations with external and internal partners proficiently. Core Accountabilities Responsible for leading small to medium size assigned customer projects, supporting delivery units in customers engagements for SoftwareOne Responsible for planning, organization, and communication on all aspects of a project to support the achievements of project goals in collaboration with the project team Collaborates with Project Resource Scheduler to build project teams as required Facilitates regular project team meetings to collect status, progress and updates for project plan and scope Support project reporting activities like project planning, feedback, budget Achieving operational objectives by giving information and preparing and completing action plans What we need to see from you Good written and verbal communication skills Good problem-solving skills Good interpersonal skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Structured, organized, disciplined and methodical Highly motivated and results oriented Good decision-making skills Ability to recognize and challenge on quality performance Job Function Software & Cloud
