Project Coordinator

Under the direction of the Manager of HR Operations & Project Management, this Team Member will be responsible for organizing project assignments to perform business analysis, reporting results, providing feedback, participating in meetings and ensuring all deadlines for certain projects are met which may include coordination with our Human Resources and Technical Teams. This Team Member must be detail oriented with a go-getter attitude ready to review and recommend enhancements regarding current processes and procedures that benefit all Team Members. It is essential that this individual drive collaboration and partnerships not just within the Operations team, but also in the HR team, and organization as a whole.
Essential Duties:
+ Support the day-to-day workflow, organization of projects, and administrative duties
+ Work independently to deliver on responsibilities in collaboration with the Operations Manager
+ Provide support and tracking for various projects
+ Effectively communicate the status of projects to management and follow through on projects to be sure deadlines are met
+ Make recommendations for improvements to processes and tools
+ Perform quality checks on electronic processes and procedures to ensure functionality and efficiency
+ Evaluate potential problems and technical glitches to develop solutions
+ Seek ways to improve procedures to be seamless for Team members, and operate at reduced cost to the company
+ Research Team member experience with HR resources and develop standards for responses
+ Learn the needs of our Field team through initial and routine hands-on work and interaction by working with Field personnel, by phone and email
+ Analyze process needs, submit projects to HR Technical Team and manage timely and accurate completion
+ Maintain documentation for HR processes and procedures
+ Provide training to new team members when needed
+ Directly support Company management including occasional After Hours to handle actions needed in uhaullife.com. Assess whether there is an issue with the ease of the tool or process
+ Provide supplemental support and coverage while other Team Members are out of office or need additional support
+ Other duties performed as needed given by the HR Operations Manager

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Teams
+ Workday experience preferred
