Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the creation and submission of RFI’s, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, support change order management, and monitor project schedules. Additionally, this role involves capturing project progress, leading project close-out, and developing an understanding of project finances.
ResponsibilitiesManage the creation and submission of RFI’s, ensuring integration into project documentsCoordinate with vendors and suppliers throughout the project submittal processSupport the creation, submission, and management of change ordersCapture project progress by updating contract documents and photographing the jobsiteMonitor the project schedule and provide ongoing updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leadersWork closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsiteLead project close-out, including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builds, and attic stockDevelop an understanding of project finances, working closely with Project Operations and Finance leadersEssential SkillsProficiency in spreadsheets such as Microsoft ExcelPrior scheduling experience for projects Comfortable with job site visitsAt least an associate degree in construction management or relevant experienceExperience with data center projects, healthcare, commercial, and sports facilities is a plusWork Environment
This position requires a mix of in-office work and job site visits. The company predominantly works on data center projects, which are in high demand nationwide. The role offers stability and a diverse range of projects, including data centers, healthcare, commercial, and sports facilities.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.85 - $38.46/hr.
