Description
You'll be an integral part of the team that facilitates alignment among teams, stakeholders, and departments. Assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation projects throughout their life cycle. Work with multiple Field Project Managers to ensure project delivery meets clients’ expectations and the project is completed on time and within budget. Oversee financial aspects of projects within financial systems and project management applications, ensuring effective financial monitoring using multiple software tools and basic mathematical principles to monitor budget, actual project cost and anticipated cost commitments. Act as the central information source by maintaining, communicating, and distributing highly detail-oriented project updates in conjunction with company and client requirements.
Follow up daily with field team members to status and assess project health accordingly.
Research, compile, process, and coordinate project data e.g. data entry, report generation, metrics collection.
Coordinate with other business areas such as Sales, Service, and Safety relating to project activities.
Organize, administer, and maintain electronic, and hard copy filing systems, in accordance with Convergint's record retention policies and procedures, including regular review of project files/folder structure and contents, archiving, and preparation for project team use. Maintain excellent record keeping with a high level of organization.
Coordinate material orders with Purchasing Department.
Work with vendors to actively track material orders and delivery dates. Manage the receipt, tracking, and reconciliation of project materials in the warehouse to ensure accuracy and inventory control.
Collaborate with Field Project Managers and the Office Cost Administrator to prepare accurate project invoices, ensuring compliance with customer billing terms and precise analysis of completed work.
Assist with project closeout documentation and project turnover to the Service team for warranty and post-installation support.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
