Job Summary: As a Project Coordinator Admin, you'll be the backbone of our project management process. You'll coordinate schedules, resources, equipment, and vital project documentation, all while ensuring clear communication among team members, subcontractors, and clients. Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and equipment.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
Act as the communication hub, keeping team members, subcontractors, and clients aligned.
Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Prepare status reports for stakeholders.
Support accounting and budget tracking.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous construction experience preferred
Experience with PSA, XactAnalysis, and Xactimate is a plus.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in project coordination or management, preferably in construction.
Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, time management, and cost management abilities.
Other: Valid Driver's License, ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
