Job DescriptionThe strong cinematics team in Montpellier helps players discover the history of our universes, including Prince of Persia, Assassin's Creed, Star Wars Outlaws and Avatar. More than 20 professions work together to produce high quality cinematics.
Responsibilities
As Project Coordinator Art, you will be at the heart of the project follow-up and organization. Your main responsibilities will be to:Work with the Art Director, leads and team to set realistic expectations for deadlines and deliverables.Work with leads to estimate required tasks and ensure proper tracking of timelines.Monitor project deadlines (daily and weekly), anticipate risks and alert production.Ensure smooth relationships between internal departments and external partners.Organize and lead meetings (daily, weekly) to ensure effective team coordination.Represent and promote the work of the artists to various stakeholders.Coordinate and monitor tasks via Jira to ensure deadlines are met in collaboration with artists.Organize and structure project reviews to ensure they run smoothly.Update and ensure consistency of production tracking tools (ShotGrid, Jira, Confluence).Analyze team velocity and provide accurate reporting to production.Work closely with PC Animation to ensure smooth communication and coordination.Ability to work in written and spoken English to ensure communication with international productions.QualificationsTechnical Skills
Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken).Tools: Jira, Confluence, Pack Office.Nice to have: ShotGrid, MIRO, JV/Cinema production experience.Bonus: Deep industry knowledge.
