Job Overview
Bell Technical Solutions is looking for an ambitious and resourceful Project Coordinator, able to coordinate across a wide range of projects. Daily tasks include project tracking, moderating meetings/workshops, communicating to operations, debriefing and reporting. This involves working closely with various stakeholders on a regular basis and coordinating this collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Ensure follow-up with the different teams. Working on health and safety projects and digital transformation initiatives. Participate in the planning and coordination of projects. Provide monitoring and reporting on all activities. Ensure that tasks are completed in accordance with the priorities of the project managers. Ensure the proper execution of the communication plan. Develop new communication strategies to involve operations. Assist project managers in setting up the documentation necessary for the project. Critical Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Administration or similar field, or equivalent experience. Ability to work full-time in the BTS work centers office. Strong customer service experience with a particular focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality results. Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure is considered a valuable asset.
