The Project Coordinator – Business Analytics is responsible for managing projects that provide technical tools, data solutions, and reporting capabilities for the Aftermarket Defense groups. This role will focus heavily on coding, SQL queries, Power BI report development, and VBA scripting to create and optimize data-driven tools that support decision-making and financial objectives. Additionally, the role may involve participation in working groups to improve standard processes and enhance reporting automation. The primary objective is to support Oshkosh Defense Aftermarket sales teams by developing data insights and automation tools that help increase sales and margins.

*This is primarily a remote position with occasional on-site visits to North Plant.

YOUR IMPACT:

Work under the guidance of the Sales Support Manager to develop technical solutions and reporting tools.Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and Power BI reports to support Aftermarket business needs.Utilize VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to automate and enhance reporting processes in Excel and other applications.Manage and execute projects that involve data analysis, report development, and process automation.Create and maintain project documentation for planning, requirements analysis, issues management, and communication.Analyze and improve data quality and process controls, providing recommendations for efficiency enhancements.Develop custom tools and dashboards to support Oshkosh Defense Aftermarket financial and sales objectives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in a related field1+ years of related experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in SQL, Power BI report development, and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysisExperience with data visualization and reporting toolsExcellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skillsStrong time management and organizational skills

Pay Range:

$50,400.00 - $77,200.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
