**The Role**
The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager and team with administrative aspects of projects on the Client Experience team.
**The Responsibilities**
+ Project support: Responsible for organizing and managing the administrative aspects of a project
+ Communication: Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and management.
+ Progress tracking: Monitor project milestones and identify potential issues.
+ Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and updates.
+ Meeting coordination: Schedule and manage project meetings
**Qualifications**
**The Requirements**
+ 0 – 5 years minimum relevant experience
+ Attention to detail and process orientation
+ Exposure to Excel formulas and spreadsheet creation/manipulation a plus
+ Will seek guidance when needed
+ Solid presentation skills-written or oral.
**Compensation and Benefits**
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
**Compensation**
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $55,000-$65,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an overtime.
