We are currently searching a Project Coordinator (f/m/d) for our Sustaining Team in R&D Video Integration of Medical Devices based in Munich.

Responsibilities:

Planning and controlling of change projectsMonitoring of project execution including project reportingDesign controls to ensure development qualityCreation, optimization and maintenance of product-related documentationWorking closely with quality and product management, regulatory department and service department to ensure customer satisfactionCoordination of external development partnersCoordination of complaint investigations

Education & Work Experience:

University degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalentSeveral years of professional experience in product developmentExperience in a medically regulated environment (EN ISO 13485, euMDR, 21 CFR 820, Medical Design Controls, risk management for medical devices) desirableProject management skillsProject planning skills (e.g. MS Project)Strong organizational and communication skillsIndependent, structured, autonomous and solution-oriented working styleEnthusiasm and motivationBusiness fluent in English and good written and spoken German
