Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Global EHS & Sustainability team. This role will involve supporting sustainability projects, ensuring project timelines, budget, and success of our collaborators. The position will involve managing project tracking on initiatives to reduce our energy & carbon footprint, as well as other assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Develop project schedules, schedule and coordinate team meetings, develop agendas, and ensure project deliverables are on track. Maintain information sharing systems, such as SharePoint. Ensure key team member involvement.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sustainability teams, facilities teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to drive project success.Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, including important metrics related to energy efficiency and carbon reduction.Budget Management: Collaborate with the Global EHS & Sustainability budget team to coordinate project budgets, ensuring efficient solutions and adherence to financial constraints.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and collaborate with Global EHS & Sustainability team members to develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in energy decarbonization, applying standard methodologies to Micron's projects.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Environmental Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on sustainability or energy projects.Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of energy decarbonization technologies and practices.
