We are looking for a Project Coordinator Global Store Design Execution (m/f/d) to join and to strengthen our Global Store Design department.

What you can expect:

\n\tProject assistance for the inventory and replenishment management of global Visual Merchandise Products (VMPs) such as hangers, mannequins and displays\n\tCoordination of interfaces between internal departments and external partners, including communication with our worldwide subsidiaries.\n\tCreation and maintenance of master data.\n\tCreating of Excel Tools and analysis\n\tSupport the project managers of our team in the global rollout of seasonal window displays for all our 500 stores globally\n\tConducting budget variance analyses, creating invoices and credit notes and placing orders.\n\tCreation of timelines, presentations and process overviews\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tSpecialist training or bachelors in a relevant economic degree as well as 2+ years of professional experience.\n\tExcellent organizational skills and strong time management.\n\tStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.\n\tGood general MS Office skills especially Excel and Powerpoint\n\tPassion for working in an international surrounding\n\tHigh level of team work, self-employed, structured and a responsible way of working\n\tSAP knowledge\n\tFluent English, both written and spoken. Fluent German is an advantage.\n
