Our Coles Liquor team work across three leading brands (Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base. With a network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.

About the role


Reporting to the Store Experience & Innovation Manager, we’re looking for an efficient Project Coordinator who’ll be responsible in the deployment of cross functional projects, supporting analysis for deep dives and coordinating month-end activities.

 

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be problem solving and taking initiate to resolve issues. You’ll engage with and coordinate stakeholders through the lifecycle of projects and deliver regular project reporting.

 

You’ll also:

 

Ensure scope for projects are clearly defined and appropriate change control processes and governance is applied. e.g. maintaining project documentation and change control registers Assist with project delivery including risk mitigation, budget adherence and tracking, cross functional team engagement and project timeline management Support in building comprehensive project schedules in the appropriate tool and monitor the schedule to track milestone completion Develop and present business cases for minor project requests or project variations

 

About you and your skills

 

We’re looking for a commercially minded professional looking to grow their career in the project management space. You have prior experience coordinating and driving end to end strategic projects, involving major business transformations. 

 
You’ll also need:

 

Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple, diverse projects & teams at all levels Proven ability to manage project scheduling, financial and resource management, change control, risks, issues, and assumptions Experience with status reporting, documentation, and deliverable coordination Strong, pragmatic influencing skills as well as strong communication, organisational & negotiation skills Strong preference for retail experience Formal project management accreditation highly desirable What’s in it for you?
