The Center for Prevention Science, within the School of Social Work, adopted the mission to develop and disseminate knowledge through research that builds the capacity of community-based organizations to create changes in public policy and other environmental conditions that cause social and health disparities. Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Project Coordinator I for the School of Social Work.
Among the key duties of the position are the following: Handles data management efforts, including preparing literature reviews, collecting and managing data, conducting data analysis, and preparing written evaluation reports. Spends their effort externally funded grants related to substance misuse prevention. Performs quantitative and qualitative data collection and management, working with a wide variety of individuals and organizations, including state agencies, healthcare providers, and research team members. Develops and implements surveys. Manages research protocols. Develops timelines. Tracks and assesses deliverable progress. Ensures timely and accurate flow of information.
