_This role is crucial in ensuring seamless customer renewals, a key driver of business growth. You'll be at the heart of the order process, directly impacting revenue and customer satisfaction._
**How You'll Help Us Connect the World**
As a Renewal Order Processor, you'll play a vital role in the success of our global renewals business. You'll be responsible for managing the entire order life cycle, from initial order validation to final invoice.
+ A Day in Life:
+ Start your day by reviewing incoming renewal orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
+ Collaborate with Renewal Specialists to address customer inquiries and resolve any order discrepancies.
+ Prepare booking packages and update customer information in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity.
+ Work closely with Order Admin and Finance teams to streamline the order-to-cash process.
+ Analyze order trends and identify potential areas for process improvement.
**Required Qualifications for Consideration**
+ Minimum 1 year of professional experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with demonstrated ability to use formulas and functions.
+ Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve order-related issues.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
+ Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
+ Experience working in a customer-centric environment.
+ Knowledge of order management systems and processes.
+ Experience working with international teams and cross-functional departments.
