Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Project Coordinator II for the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.

Among the key duties of the position are the following: Assists with grant-related activities at the center. Assists Principal Investigators (PIs) with daily research and business processes associated with sponsored projects and center activities as well as the logistics and implementation of project-related meetings and events such as trainings, workshops, focus groups, advisory committee meetings, and conferences. Assists with meeting/event invitations and registration processes, promotion and marketing through website and other electronic media. Monitors expenditures within budget constraints; coordinating event logistics for both online and in-person meetings. Oversees administrative compliance with project-related time-keeping, expense reporting, and procurement. Coordinates the hiring and on boarding of student research assistants. Ensures that all Rutgers protocols are maintained including risk management, emergency procedures, insurance, etc. Functions as a data custodian for human subjects research participants.


This position is grant-funded and contingent upon available funding.
