As a Project Coordinator II, you should have intermediate time management and communication skills as you will collaborate with vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Your main responsibilities will be to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information, break projects into actionable tasks and set time frames, liaise with stakeholders to facilitate project execution and assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. You'll also ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve, help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities, monitor project progress and address issues that arise via proper communication and escalation. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders, work with the Program Manager to remove road blocks, use tools to monitor and control performance, plans and expenditures and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and status reports.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least 3 years of relevant experienceA higher level degree may substitute for experienceRelated experience may be considered in lieu of required educationFundamental MS Office SkillsAbility to manage time effectivelyDemonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skillsExperience with preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and/or quotes. Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance
