Project Coordinator (IU Health Foundation)

Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Coordinator to join the Foundation Operations team at our Indianapolis location on a hybrid schedule. 

The Project Coordinator works across the Foundation Operations team to track and monitor ongoing projects, tackle process and administrative tasks, interface with outside vendors and partners, and assist with other ad hoc projects in support of our mission. Provides project management support to leaders and team members. Assists with and supports team planning, execution, monitoring progress, and delivering end results. Collaborates across teams to ensure alignment. Assesses situations, gathers appropriate information and input, and makes recommendations to leaders. Ensure quality customer service and professional representation of the team and the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Interfacing with and managing timelines for multiple team members who each have separate deliverables but whose work is essential as part of the larger project Simplifying administrative tasks and removing barriers. The person on our team who just knows how to get things done in Oracle, with our departments, can get the meetings scheduled, etc. Creating clarity from any group conversation on next steps, deliverables and timelines. Taking a great conversation and make it actionable for all involved.

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience required.
• Clinical license and/or other certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• 0-3 years of experience is required.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus.
• Experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions is required.
• Requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
