Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension

Locations: Richland, WA-Onsite

\r\n\r\n

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

\r\n\r\n

Position Responsibilities:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tCoordinates project teams of one to five people including planning, scheduling, and control of project and program activities.\r\n\t\t\t\tActs as a specialist for specific projects with detailed knowledge of all aspects of the projects.\r\n\t\t\t\tMaintains a knowledge base of new developments and technology.\r\n\t\t\t\tMonitors projects and recommends changes to improve operating efficiency. Develops budgetary estimates.\r\n\t\t\t\tManages small projects for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line maintenance as assigned, providing oversight of the staff involved in planning, leading, controlling, and monitoring to ensure that work is implemented safely, with quality, on schedule, and within budget.\r\n\t\t\t\tThis includes all aspects of project implementation including budget, work package preparation, parts procurement, ALARA planning, industrial and nuclear safety, work prioritization, resource loading, and work execution including resolution of schedule delays and conflicts.\r\n\t\t\t\tDevelops the budgets, including tracking cost versus budget for assigned projects. Assures proper progress and focus through frequent interface with the client, engineers, related parties, and management.\r\n\t\t\t\tDevelop and manage contracts and interface with vendors.\r\n\t\t\t\tPrepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups including senior management.\r\n\t\t\t\tDevelop and maintain long range plan strategies associated with assigned projects.\r\n\t\t\t\tSupport effective implementation of the Plant Self-Assessment and Corrective Action Program.\r\n\t\t\t\tSupport the following: Outage support including OCC.\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\r\n\r\n\r\n

Required Skills & Experience:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tHigh School Diploma/GED AND at least five years’ experience in a technical field.\r\n\tBachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business etc (Preferred).\r\n\tPMP Certification (Preferred).\r\n\tConstruction Management Certification (Preferred).\r\n\r\n\r\n

Pay Range: $45-$47 per hour

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
