Job Purpose: Responsible for initiating and executing FF&E orders and maintaining strong work relationships with vendors, fellow team members, and other departments in order to complete the assigned projects on time and under budget.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for coordination and support of the bidding process with the project support team
• Should be familiar with bid lists for specified commodities based on experience and manufacturing methods
• Be able to visit factories to ensure the quality of goods and the efficiency of the manufacturing process
• Be reliable and have familiar knowledge of the project status including budget, deliveries, and schedule
• Manage independently onsite project installation by interfacing with construction management and contractors

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Procurement or Project Management experience in a large organization is preferred
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Knowledge/Certificates: Manufacturing knowledge of FF&E construction is an advantage
Language Ability: Fluent Cantonese and good English
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Offices
