**Job Description:**
**Parsons is looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our team in NY/NJ. You will have the opportunity to work on one of the premier Infrastructure projects in the Country!**
**Program background**
_The Gateway Program is the most urgent infrastructure program in the country – a comprehensive set of rail investments that will improve commuter and intercity services, add needed resiliency and, in its later stages, create new capacity between Newark, New Jersey and New York City, the busiest section of the Northeast Corridor (NEC). The first phase of the Gateway Program includes the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP), which includes the construction of a new two-track tunnel under the Hudson River connecting to Penn Station New York as well as the full rehabilitation of the existing 110-year-old North River Tunnel. The Gateway Development Commission (GDC), established through bi-state legislation, is responsible for the financing and development of the Hudson Tunnel Project._
_As a tri-venture partner with Parsons, Arcadis, and Mace (MPA) is the Delivery Partners (DP)to provide advice, leadership, and support to GDC for the development and implementation of HTP. This is a master service with task order contracts for a 15-year contract encompassing a broad range of strategic advisory services, project management, design management, construction management, stakeholder coordination, federal compliance, operations support, office administration, and related services._
**Background:**
The Gateway Development Commission is looking for a team member who will manage the implementation of its Project Development Agreement (PDA) with its project partners. The PDA outlines how the partners will work together as they deliver a major infrastructure project (the new railroad tunnel under the Hudson River) for the New York Region. The PDA established two committees to guide and manage project delivery: an executive level Senior Project Coordination Committee (SPCC) and a Technical Standards Committee (TSC).
**What You'll Be Doing:**
**Implement and maintain the PDA (Product Development Agreement) Tracking Program.**
**Implement and maintain procedures and policies related to PDA requirements. These include requirements for regular reporting on the scope, schedule, and budget of the entire Hudson Tunnel project.**
**Lead/manage the development of SPCC Monthly Meetings, including the scheduling/noticing of meetings, agenda development, presentation development, and distribution of meeting minutes.**
**Lead/manage the development of TSC Monthly Meetings in coordination with Chief Technical Officer (CTO) Office, including the scheduling/noticing of meetings, agenda development, presentation development, and distribution of meeting materials.**
**Maintain the SPCC and TSC Team websites and Rosters.**
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
**Bachelor’s Degree and 3 + years of related experience working on major infrastructure projects. Must be detail-oriented.**
**Strong interpersonal communication skills for coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders and project partners.**
**General understanding of how large capital projects are delivered, including tracking project scope, schedule, and budget.**
**Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access Database.**
**Assignments will require a working knowledge of electronic document management systems.**
**Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.**

Salary Range:
$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
