Responsibilities Coordinate facility projects and ongoing facility needs of the business unit including, but not limited to, space planning, tenant improvements, relocation support and furniture orders/inventory. Collect, track, file and manage all real estate paper and electronic files in assigned region to ensure accurate documentation. Review, track and coordinate approvals of transactions, orders and contracts. Review monthly rent roll for assigned region. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. One year of general office experience. Preferred Knowledge in corporate real estate, construction/facility concepts, practices and procedures. Two years of experience in corporate real estate. Experience in MS Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Share Point, Word & Teams Amedisys is an equal opportunity employer.
