Medpace Reference Laboratory is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. If you are interested in working in a fast paced, team oriented environment where you can apply your scientific experiences and contribute to clinical research, this may be a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities Manage study specific timelines and deliverables with an emphasis on logistics and inventory managementWork directly with Biorepository, Project Management, and Finance personnelCommunicate progress of project with sponsors/clients concerning shipments to 3rd party laboratoriesCreate standard operating procedures, policies, and training guides for new processesAssist in data entry and analysisOversee global interlaboratory shipmentsRepresent department at project related meetings; andOther duties as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences

Excellent oral and written communication;

Strong organizational skills;

Excellent time-management; and

The desire to work with and be part of a collaborative team environment.
