The opportunity
The Senior Associate - Learning Compliance is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to training compliance, learning programs, and regulatory requirements. This role ensures accurate and timely reporting of compliance metrics, helping the organization track mandatory training completion, regulatory adherence, and overall learning effectiveness. The analyst collaborates with Learning & Development (L&D), HR, Compliance, and other stakeholders to improve reporting processes and provide actionable insights.
Your key responsibilities
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to learning compliance, including mandatory training completion, certification tracking, and regulatory adherence.
Collect, analyze, and interpret training data from Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant platforms.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating report outputs and troubleshooting discrepancies.
Monitor training compliance metrics and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
Automate recurring reports to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Collaborate with L&D, HR, and Compliance teams to define reporting requirements and provide data-driven insights.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate compliance data and documentation.
Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data sources, and business rules.
Assist in the development of compliance training dashboards and executive summaries for leadership review.
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide insights to support compliance strategies.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
Experience in reporting, data analysis, or compliance tracking, preferably in a Learning & Development or HR environment.
Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel (advanced functions and pivot tables), or similar analytics platforms.
Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing training data.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, or Workday Learning.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to corporate training (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, GDPR, industry-specific regulations).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
Effective communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
