Sets frequency and type of interactions, extent of involvement for stakeholders and develops a dispute resolution process.Ensures effective communication flow among business process owners, project team members and all IT functions who participate and impact the results of the project development effort.Develops proposals, work plans, training plans, budgets and reports of IT projects.Develops descriptions for project justification, plans, roles, responsibilities and reporting structure.
