The Project Coordinator (US) is responsible for art content acquisition for the partner institutions. The team works to nurture and deliver a world of art by creating, preserving, and maintaining a premium collection of art across geographies and making it accessible to the world by attaining product excellence using human oversight and machine. Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of one year experience in project management experience in the arts and culture space, professional background in museums, art galleries, and other cultural institutions Responsibilities:

Content Coordination (Acquisition, Curation and Publication)

The ingestion phase (or Item Management): upload of their collection (images, videos, audio, 3D models, etc) and related metadata following the platform minimal requirements and standards for quality and accuracy The curation phase (or Exhibit Curation): creation of online stories with the online story editor, using our editorial processes and guidelines The publication phase (or Publishing Options): presenting publication, embed, and content amplification options Use data analysis and performance statistics to make key decisions in maintaining and refreshing country/language specific art or edutainment offering Support partners digital and data transformation with key insights and trend analysis Be responsible to keep the partner assets and content updated and refreshed regularly Working with Operations Teams to coordinate all operations to digitize the partner collection

Partner Content Amplification:

Conducting content audits, writing content overviews or any other content-related documentation needed for editorial, content, marketing, press or other purposes Support the organization and logistics of physical events Drive Projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues, managing stakeholders and evolving plans as required Attend meetings to assist in planning themes curation strategy events and also ideate gamification and interactive offerings for digital platform that leads to increased user traffic enhanced user experience satisfaction

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $86,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
