JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary: Works collaboratively with program supervisor to ensure program efficiency. Assists with daily functioning of program. The Team Lead will help documentation review, staff referencing, service facilitation and coordination, trainings, and outreach coordination.


Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. One year related work experience preferred. Knowledge of local community resources and the school system. Highly motivated, collaborative, and excellent communication skills a must. Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Leadership experience a plus.

Essential Functions:
- Reports to work as scheduled; on a daily basis and performs assigned duties to ensure smooth program operation.
- Assist in planning and development of events and services.
- Implements clinical services for assigned programs.
- Assists in development and coordination of collaborative services with other community agencies for the program in order to meet funding requirements.
- Assists the implementation of long-range goals and annual objectives for assigned program.
- Assists in planning and scheduling of outreach events for staff.
- Assists in locating and establishing professional community relationships for community resources.
- Attends supervisory meetings, conferences, and other training sessions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by program supervisor and overseeing manager.


Work Environment/Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in varying environments. The employee may be located in office, remote, or within the community. The noise level in the work environment is varies by location. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, stand, walk, carry up to 10 pounds, and drive. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to be able to hear and communicate verbally.
Position Type, Expected Hours of Work and Travel: This is a full time, 40-hour position. Work schedule is Monday – Friday, with hours and days varying by event, worksite location, and community resource schedules. Some weekend and evenings as necessary. Local travel and commute required.

Hourly Pay Range:

$20.37 - $21.37

Pay Range:

$15.75--$22.00
