Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Project Cost Controller. Key Duties: * Budgeting & Forecasting: The Project Cost Controller will develop and manage project budgets, track and control costs, establish cost baselines, and update forecasts to ensure projects stay within budget * Cost Analysis & Reporting: Analyze project costs and trends, identify variances, and prepare insightful reports for stakeholders * Financial Compliance: Ensure accurate and compliant record-keeping, including invoice review and approval * ROI Analysis: Assess project ROI, analyze cost-benefit data, and report on financial performance * Process Improvement: The Project Cost Controller will implement and improve cost control processes, streamline workflows, and develop standardized templates Additional duties: * Develop and manage project budgets * Track and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle * Perform cost variance analysis and identify areas for improvement * Prepare and deliver financial reports to stakeholders * Conduct ROI analysis and report on project outcomes * Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
