Project Cost Support

Bilfinger Industrial Services, known as a leading one-stop shop provider for complex industrial services, is seeking to fill a Client Project Cost Support position at our Mehoopany, PA Site location. This position requires a self-motivated individual to support the Project Manager and Project Team in managing transactions and data to ensure conformity with corporate policy. The individual will be a member of the project team responsible for completing transactional work and other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Work with the Project Team to establish project structure in SAP

· Provide cost centers, use and occupancy dates, asset class, settlement rules for WBS structures

· Perform Transactional work throughout the project including:

o Entry of Purchase Orders

o Capitalization of assets

o Asset Disposals

o Asset Transfers

· Attend regularly scheduled meetings

· Adhoc duties as needed

Requirements:

· Knowledge of basic accounting terms and functions

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational skills are required.

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
