Established in 2019, ZNV focuses on innovation and excellence. We are looking for a dedicated individual to lead and manage our data and document control processes, ensuring efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage data and documentation control for projects.Develop and implement document management strategies.Ensure accurate and timely processing and distribution of project documentation.Collaborate with project teams to ensure documentation compliance.Analyze project data to support decision-making processes.Facilitate continuous improvement processes within document control systems.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to industry standards.Provide training and support to team members regarding document control processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in document control and data management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with document management systems and best practices.Experience in the oil and gas sector is preferred.
