About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Delivery Lead to join our team in Rosedale, Auckland. This role is responsible for managing product development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The position requires strong leadership, the ability to drive urgency, and effective collaboration across departments and international stakeholders.
As a Project Delivery Lead, you will:
Develop and oversee project plans, including sprint planning, financial tracking, and progress monitoring. Ensure on-time project delivery by identifying risks and implementing innovative mitigation strategies, ensuring project documentation is maintained in M-Files, Jira, Confluence, and ERP systems. Manage multiple projects—handling 5 to 10 projects simultaneously. Manage budgets, including capital expenditure justification and cost tracking. Collaborate closely with global teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with both onsite and overseas stakeholders. Report on project status through clear and concise presentations to global and regional councils. Adapt to varying time zones to facilitate effective communication and project progress across regions. Be open to international travel when required to support project execution and collaboration.
About You
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven project leader who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in product development. Experience managing projects using agile methodology. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders across different time zones. Flexibility in working hours, ensuring seamless collaboration with overseas counterparts. Clear and confident presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex project details concisely. Proficiency in visual project management tools, including SharePoint, Jira, Miro, Excel, and PowerPoint. A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to share knowledge, demonstrate empathy, and work effectively as part of a team to foster a positive and inclusive culture.
