As an IT project delivery manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within our organization. If you have a strong background in IT project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering quality complex IT projects on time and within budget, we want to hear from you!   Key Accountabilities  + Oversee and manage 25-30 projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget compliance, and adherence to quality standards.  + Provide strategic technical and logistical support to project engineers, optimizing outcomes and minimizing risks.  + Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with schedules and budgets. proactively address issues and implement future preventive measures.  + Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional project outcomes.  + Design and introduce enhancements to project management processes to drive delivery efficiency and success.  + Collaborate closely with internal teams (client strategy, sales, procurement, and support) to meet client deadlines and expectations.  + Establish, track, and analyze KPIs for the project delivery team to measure performance and improvement.  Required Skills  + Bachelor’s Degree – Information Technology, Computer Science, or related.  + 3 - 5 years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience (Infrastructure).  + 2+ years of experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP).  + Experience managing 25 – 30 small to medium sized (average of 40 hours) projects simultaneously.  + PMP Certification a plus.  Hybrid work schedule   + Optional work from home days are Mondays and Fridays   + Required in-office days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays  + Travel will be required up to 25%  Additional Requirements  + Physical ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods  + Must be comfortable with periodically lifting 25 pounds  Aldridge Core Values:   + Build Trust – We continuously earn the trust of our partners through genuine, transparent communication, and unflinching accountability.   + Take Swift, Meaningful Action – When every second matters, we drill to the core question and act decisively.  + Create Best-Fit Solutions – More ≠ better – We create the most value for the least added overhead and complexity.   + Evolve & Improve – We know the power of a growth mindset.
